Good luck driving to the location without getting into a traffic accident or finding a parking spot that isn’t across 1400 North by the Sportsman’s. After all the new housing units are completed it will be nearly impossible for a family to drive and park there.
Write your local State Legislature. A couple years ago they amended their Utah Rule for occupancy loads. Maybe you can change it back to the old and defined number by square feet. They removed that part.
That’s pretty obvious by now because everyone is moving here with all their money and making it impossible for families to stay here that has grass roots to the pioneers. Thanks for exposing our quality of life to the world.
